The hotel location was superb. It was close to everything and steps from the Louvre.

But when it came to the quality of rooms.The reviewers are very hostile.

The hotel looks very fancy on the website, the rooms look very beautiful but you will be in shock when you enter the room. Creaky floors, old dirty carpets, difficult to control thermostats and bed with depressions of all the past visitors which makes sleeping difficult.
