The staff was very helpful and polite. Our room was a mini-suite with a nice view of the street. The room was clean and neat and had all of the amenities. The staff was very helpful in selecting restaurants and making reservations for dinner and for tours. The bar and breakfast room were both lovely.

The best time to visit Paris on the cheap is to stay away from the High season (from mid-May to mid-September) Paris is expensive during high season just like any other travel destination.

High season is from mid-May to mid-September, when Paris overflows with backpacking students and hordes of vacationing families. If you love people then this is the time to visit.

Low season is from November to February although this is the cheapest time to visit Paris. low hotel rates and hotel room deals are plenty during this time. The downside is that you will have to contend with poor weather.
