For all adrenalin loving junkies nothing beats bungee jumping. If you have considered taking a leap of faith on a bungee jump, you might want to take a look at this gut-wrenching video first.

An Australian tourist bungee jumping in Africa plunged 365 feet into a river when her cord snapped, but she managed to swim to safety with a broken collarbone and her legs tied together.

Zibambwe Minister of tourism was quick to reassure the tourist that this was a one off accidents and bungee jumping is safer than many think. According to statistics the odds of an accident is 1 in 50,000. In this case the minister said the bungee jumping has been in operation in 10 years and 50,000 tourist take the plunge every year. If you do the maths, it was about time for a replacement!

The jump from the Victoria Falls Bridge is operated by Safari Par Excellence, whose website describes the bungee experience as “111 meters (365 feet) of pure Adrenalin!”
